FTS Internationals Aquacor Clarifier Trailer Package

The Clarifier is a complete, 8.5′ wide, rectangular portable unit designed to treat up to 800 GPM of influent, with a solids loading below 1500 mg/L TSS. It is engineered to work seamlessly with coagulants, flocculants, and recirculating sands, efficiently removing low specific gravity solids from surface waters and precipitation projects. 

Its integrated design features include acid and base management, a coagulant system, a lamella clarifier structure, flocculant metering pumps, a PLC, and HMI controls with setpoints. Other notable elements are flange connections, tilt-up handrails, and hydraulic jacking legs that simplify installation.

Due to its road-legal design, this clarifier is ideal for emergency response and rental projects.

FTS International's water treatment division, Aquacor, built reliable mobile water treatment units. This clarifier package was built in 2013 and never used. It has been cold stacked so you will need to inspect all electrical and rotating components.
